The ARIOPS annual occupational health conference was held on Monday 17th October 2011 at the National Railway Museum, York. The focus this year was on psychological factors on medical fitness. Ill health took a couple of our programmed speakers out of the event, however the day remained an informative and useful conference with speakers from a variety of settings within the railway industry.
